Cancellations:

Please cancel within 1 hour of placing your order; due to our fast processing times, any cancellation request after this time can not be honored.

Returns:

We do not issue returns on any personalized items like face products (as they're custom) or any products having to do with food or drink (cups, straws, cupcake toppers).

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and you're responsible for the cost of return shipping.
